vegan fettucini alfredo by, NO AGE

This should pretty much speak for itself. Amazing musicians, and apparently vegan chefs NO AGE have contributed this recipe exclusively for this blog!
Well, that isn't to say you can't share with all of your friends.

Without Further ado...

"vegan fettucini alfredo by, NO AGE

1 bag fettucini noodles
cannola or olive oil
1 block extra firm tofu
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup earth balance margarine
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
spike to taste

boil the whole bag of noodles, ideally you would be making this for some friends as well, it is a lot of food and sharing food with people is fun. while boiling the noodles throw some oil in a pan. dice up the tofu in 1 inch squares, cook them really well until both sides start to brown. once tofu is done drain noodles and add to the pan with the tofu. add the soy milk, margarine and nutritional yeast. start to stir it all together. add spike, which is a wonder spice, i would add 4 or 5 good shakes to the top of it. stir really well, if you want it creamier add more soymilk. DONE! eat with a small salad and you are STOKED!"

I'll certainly be cooking this tonight, and if you find yourself doing the same take some pictures and show us how it went.

Rad rad post Blake! I'd imagine you'd need to cook down the soymilk over medium low heat for a bit so that it's not too watery, but yeah this sounds good. Nutritional yeast is always a tasty flavor and I gotta find some of this Spike stuff.
